WHAT IS VEDIC
MEDITATION
Vedic Meditation is an effortless mantra based meditation technique. It is practiced for 20 minutes twice daily using a personalised mantra. The mantra (or settling sound), is a sound vibration purpose built to take your mind into subtle awareness. It aids to de-excite the mind to access quieter states and allow the body to rest deeply and move into restful alertness and a place of stillness and quiet that is restorative to our nervous system. When we visit this place on a regular basis, we gain an ever increasing capacity to live life more fully and joyously.
Vedic Meditation is an ancient practice that heralds from ancient India and a body of wisdom and knowledge known as the Veda. The Veda (written in Vedic Sanskrit) comprises a set of teachings that provide a worldview about living in harmony with the laws of nature. It shares practical techniques and tools to live life in line with the successful evolution of the need of the time.

WHY
MEDITATE
BECAUSE IT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND THOSE AROUND YOU!
Around us everywhere we see disruption and change. Nature herself reflects this to us. It is part of her own inner nature and a natural part of blossoming, growth and evolution.
So why is it that so many of us struggle with change and the daily demands of life? For some, the accumulated stresses of life are too much and there is little adaptation energy available within to respond appropriately to the need of the time. Things can sometimes feel overwhelming.
If you want to find space, if you’re curious and ready to learn, let me show you how to be a better version of yourself. Someone who can feel more connected and calm and able to engage more fully with the world from a place of stability and balance. You’re always welcome to attend one of my upcoming Introduction to Vedic Meditation courses. I’d love to see you and hope to meet and connect with you soon - Learn to Meditate Course
